Parents seeking admission for their ward should initially fill in a Registration Form.
Registration form and the Prospectus are issued after considering the appropriate age of the child seeking admission.
Within 7 days, both the parents of the child are required to attend an orientation programme at school following which the admission form is issued.
The registration and admission form duly filled in and signed by both the parents are to be submitted along with the following documents:
Photocopy of the birth certificate (for pre-primary), original birth certificate (for Std. I) and Leaving certificate / Transfer Certificate (for Std. II and above). Leaving Certificate / Transfer Certificate should carry the UDISE number of the school attended earlier and the Saral ID number of the student.
Photocopy of the report card
A passport size photograph
Photocopy of the Aadhar card (for entry in Saral portal)
Admission is confirmed only on acceptance of fee
Collection of Registration form does not guarantee admission
The Principal has the absolute right to admit/deny admission to or dismiss the child from the school and the decision of the Principal shall be final and binding on the parents.
School Leaving Certificate will not be issued without a written application from the parent/guardian in the prescribed form available in the school office. One calendar months’ notice should be given in writing by the parent/guardian before the withdrawal of the pupil, otherwise fees will be charged for the notice period.
No claim for a remission or refund will be entertained.
School Leaving Certificate will be issued after full and final settlement of accounts/dues.
